The prosecution against the Defendants shall be dismissed, respectively.

1. Facts charged;

A. At around 15:55 on October 28, 2019, Defendant A’s insultd the victim by openly insulting the victim by putting the victim’s vehicle bus in the victim B’s private teaching institute on the street in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, with a large voice from among many drivers and drivers.

2. Defendant B’s assault committed an act of assaulting the victim A, who gets off the driver’s seat at a driving school bus, with the victim B’s desire defective at the time, at the time, at the place, and at the same time and place under the preceding paragraph, with the victim A’s shoulder on one occasion.

2. The Defendants, who dismissed public prosecution, expressed their respective intent not to be punished for each other. Thus, the Defendants’ public prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
