Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 27, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.240% from blood, driven a B EX car at a section of about 15km from the front of the river-based parking lot located in the Gancheon-si from the Gancheon-si river to the front road of the Kancheon-dong, G EX car at approximately 0.240%.
