Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2014, at around 22:05, the Defendant driven a B mountain pet vehicle with approximately five meters after being under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.116% in front of the two residential complexes of Dongbcheon-si, Dongbcheon-si.
