However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the goods to the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant deceiving the victim as above and transferred KRW 124,00 from the victim to the G bank account (H) account under the name of the Defendant at around 19:34 of the same day, as well as accessing the site of K, J, and M via the Internet at the lower end of Busan or South-dong PC bank, and at the port near the Busan Sposi Terminal, etc., from that time until July 8, 2018.
