1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud;

A. On September 26, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the victim B, who had access to the Defendant’s house located in Nam-gu Busan Metropolitan City, 106 dong 2502, and NAV’s website, stating that the Defendant would deliver Nowon-gu if deposit KRW 420,000 is made.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not intend to send the above Nompt North Korea as the promise.

As above, the Defendant received 420,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (E) in the name of the Defendant as the price for goods on the same day.

B. Around September 29, 2015, the Defendant posted a notice to the victim F, at the place indicated in paragraph 1’s A, and at the NAV website, posted a letter to the effect that “the sale of nanotechnology” is “on deposit with 4.20,000 won,” and said that “on deposit with 4.20,000 won, the Defendant would deliver Nopt. 1” to the victim F.

However, even if the defendant received money from the victim, he did not intend to send the above Nompt North Korea as the promise.

As above, the Defendant received 420,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank Account (E) in the name of the Defendant as the price for goods on the same day.

2. From September 6, 2015 to October 24, 2010 of the same year, the Defendant visited the “I” online gambling site using a computer, and deposited KRW 1 million into the foreign exchange bank account in the name of droman, which was designated by the above site operator as the deposit account for gambling money, and charged with the corresponding game money. If the sum of six numbers written in the above site’s six pages, including the number of numbers written in 1 to 42, is oddd or even numbered, the Defendant received the game money according to the fixed dividend rate, and Quahhh.
