Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On June 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment for four months at the Gwangju District Court for fraud, etc., and the judgment was finalized on July 8, 2015. On February 25, 2016, the Defendant appealed after being sentenced to one year and four months of imprisonment for the same crime, etc. at the same court, and appealed on May 11, 2016 by being sentenced to four months for imprisonment for the same crime, etc. at the same court of Gwangju District Court No. 2016No772 and May 11, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. Crimes committed on February 3, 2015;
A. On February 3, 2015, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) from “F”, a mobile phone sales store in the Defendant’s operation in Gwangju Northern District, the Defendant had his/her name-free employees enter BW’s name, legal life month, and address in the column of the subscriber in Chapter 1, respectively, and voluntarily signed BW’s name on the name of BW.
As a result, the defendant, without authority, forged a new contract for SK Telecom Services in the name of BW, which is a private document on the rights and obligations, and one copy of a short term installment contract.
B. The Defendant, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (a) above, issued one copy of a new contract for SK Telecom Services in the name of B forged B and a short term installment contract, respectively, as if the name of SK Telecom staff was genuinely formed.

Accordingly, the defendant, with the aim of exercising his authority, is SK Telecom in the name of BW, a private document on rights and duties.
