A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Co-defendant B and C conspired, on June 17, 2013, the Defendant and Co-defendant C acquired 31,70,000,000 won from the victim and acquired 31,00,000,000 won from the victim in the Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City used vehicle selling company at the victim's office of the victim (ju), who purchased the cub vehicle from the victim with a heavy discount loan from the victim and planned to sell the cub vehicle immediately, and then planned to pay the loan by cash, even though they did not have the intent or ability to actually own the cub vehicle and did not repay the loan.

2. Crimes by defendants;

A. On July 9, 2013, the Defendant drafted a false complaint with respect to B at the Gu Government Police Station located in the Gu Government 2 Dong 420, Dong 420, Gu Government-si.

On June 17, 2013, the complaint states that "the defendant Party B, who was the defendant, could live in a way that the complainant might drive the vehicle at the IMP vehicle trading center located in the Seo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, and thus, the complainant purchased the vehicle, but the complainant punished because the defendant does not deliver the vehicle," and the fact stated that "the defendant, B, and C agreed to sell the vehicle borrowed by the defendant as provided in paragraph (1) and raise cash, so it was not arbitrarily sold the vehicle under the defendant's name and there was no fact that the vehicle was sold.

Nevertheless, on July 9, 2013, the defendant submitted the above complaint to the police officer who cannot know his name at the police station of the Gu Government 2 Dong 420, Dong-si, the Government 2, Dong 420.

Accordingly, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having B receive criminal punishment.

B. On August 28, 2013, the Defendant drafted a false complaint against C with respect to the false details of C at an unspecified place.

The Director of the Additional High Court in collusion with B on June 17, 2013, "The defendant C shall be the complainant at the IMP tea trading center located in the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
