A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 23:00 on December 25, 2013, the injured Defendant sent an attitude of disregarding the victim D and the Defendant’s grandchildren, etc. on the front of the road located in Ma-si B, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si, Ma-si,
2. On December 25, 2013, the Defendant reported false information to E officers of the Korean Government Police Station, who were dispatched after receiving 112 reports from 112, that “The Defendant received the request to report and request to report.”
The report was “(D) and F, on December 25, 2013, who was assaulted on the road in front of C in the Gu Government-si B around 23:00.”
Then, at around 02:58 December 26, 2013, the Defendant stated that “F was not subject to any assault, and D was exposed to any assault,” and that “D was exposed to any eye and face,” at the G Criminal Police Station of the above Government and Criminal Team office of the Criminal Police Station of the Republic of Korea on December 17, 2014, the Defendant submitted a diagnosis statement to the effect that “D was flated with flat and head, and flatd with flat and flat with flat face,” and that “D was flatd with flat and flatd with flat face,” and submitted a diagnosis statement to the effect that it was flatd with D, for about two weeks of treatment.
However, in fact D did not have any record on the defendant, and the above diagnosis was unrelated to D.
Nevertheless, the Defendant reported 112 and submitted a false report to the police officer who called out after receiving the 112 report, and thereafter made a false statement and submitted a false diagnosis report.
In this respect, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having D receive criminal punishment.
