On January 26, 2015, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicle at the section of about 3 km from the front side of the pulse oil station in Daegu Pungdong to the front side of the pulse oil station in the same Gu, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.109%.
