Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2012, at around 23:06, the Defendant driven B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.126 percent at around 1 kilometer from the front route of the Gyeongdong-dong in Daegu Suwon-gu to the front direction of the Jungdong-dong in the same Jungdong-dong.
