Punishment of the crime

At around 23:20 on September 16, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B, with B, from the front side of an apartment in the same Dong-dong, in Daegu Suwon-gu, to the front side of the same water-related road located in the same water-related 1, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.186% of blood alcohol level.
