A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special violence;

A. 5. The Defendant, at around 20:00 on May 6, 2019, was serving in the military near the fifth and second life groups of the military unit indicated in the above paragraph (a).
