A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as a soldier in the 21th Military Service Corps from August 7, 2017 to November 30, 2018.

1. On September 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) took advantage of the Defendant’s status as an appointed soldier in the Bbridge 2 located in Gangwon-gu, Yangwon-gun, Yangyang-gun, the Defendant committed a harsh act by using force for approximately four minutes of the victim’s eye while breathing the victim’s breath as required; (b) breathing the victim’s breath as breath; and (c) breathing the two breaths into the breath of the victim’s breath; and (d) using the victim’s eye to force the victim’s eye for about four minutes.

2. Indecent acts by force of soldiers;

A. On September 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00 on the middle-term 19:00, to the victim’s disease E (the age of 19) in the Hanwon Yang-gun, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force, by putting the victim on the side of the victim’s body, on the part of the victim, who was lying away from the victim’s active clothes to approximately 10 minutes.

B. On September 22, 2018, around 22:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim in the following way, such as the victim E (19 years of age) in the middle of the Blann smoking area in Gangwon-gu, Yangyang-gun, the victim’s body was kept in the body of the victim E (19 years of age) with a gap between his/her own hand and the two hand, and the victim was forced to commit an indecent act by force.

3. On September 12, 2018, the Defendant forced the victim to wing E (the age of 19) in the Bapo-gun of Gangwon-gu, Yangyang-gun, the Defendant: (a) called “the victim’s disease E (the age of 19)” in the Bapo-gun of Gangwon-gu; (b) however, the victim did not respond thereto; (c) was 5 times as the left part of the car; and (d) was threatening to sing the victim to wing again; and (d) was threatening to sing down the wing.

In addition, from September 2018 to September 21:00, the victim is obligated to assault the victim three times in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form (1).
