Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant was a person who was the head of the ammunition Support Headquarters B, and the victim C (21 years old) and D (20 years old) are the former soldiers belonging to the same unit.
On April 9, 2019, from around 22:00 to 22:30, the Defendant: (a) instructed the victim to take a bath to D on the ground that D had done his/her own act; (b) however, the victim C had the victim take a bath to D, on the ground that D had followed his/her act, but he/she did not comply with it, he/she had the victim take a bath to D, such as “I would make the victim create the same manner as D, if he/she knew a bath,” by threatening the victim to “I would see it as soon as possible”.
Accordingly, the defendant, by assaulting and threatening the victim, caused the victim to perform an act that does not have any obligation.
