Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 5, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Cheongju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. and completed the execution of the sentence on April 14, 2010.
At around 15:10 on November 30, 201, the Defendant: (a) driven a B rocketing III car owned by the Defendant without a mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license under the influence of alcohol level of 0.262%; (b) driven by the Defendant to drive the B rocketing III car, which was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.262%; and (c) continued to drive the said car in the front and rear part of the C 4th car owned by the Defendant by the Defendant with the front right-hand part of the C-owned car, which was parked on the right-hand right-hand side of the C-owned car, due to an occupational negligence not negligent in operating the steering gear, and did not operate the steering gear properly; and (d) continued to drive the said car in the right-hand side part of the C-owned car in the direction of 1,030,000 won by destroying it to the right-hand side part of the C-owned car in front of the C-owned car.
