Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 23, 2013, the Defendant was driving a B car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.272% from the 1km section from the front of the hydrogen galone in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu to the road before the 128 front of the Seoul Songpa-gu moveing.
