The first instance court.

1. The reasons for the court’s explanation concerning this case are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance except for the modification of two parts of the judgment of the first instance as follows. As such, this is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Under paragraph 3, the term “the office of management” in paragraph 5 shall be “the office of management”;

(b) turn the “WitnessR” in Part 9, 6, and 1, respectively, into “R of the first instance trial.”

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
