In light of the records, it is reasonable for the court below to consider the adopted evidence and recognize the facts as stated in its reasoning, and to recognize a proximate causal relationship between the branch of this case and the official duties of the same workplace and to accept the plaintiff's claim.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of misapprehending the legal principles on proximate causal relation, or exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
