The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below, after compiling the adopted evidence, recognized the facts as stated in its reasoning, and accepted the plaintiff's claim by recognizing a proximate causal relationship between the deceased's death in a acute heart and his/her work performance.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by recognizing facts contrary to logical and empirical rules or by misapprehending the legal principles on proximate causal relation of occupational accidents.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
