The judgment below

Examining the reasons in light of the record, it is justifiable for the court below to acknowledge the facts as stated in its reasoning after compiling the adopted evidence, and to recognize a proximate causal relationship between the deceased's death as a acute funeral and his work.

In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by recognizing facts in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
