Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds set forth in its reasoning, and there was no error of violation of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench, on the ground that there is an obvious error in the indication of the judgment of the first instance.
