The appeal is dismissed.

The indication of the case name of the judgment below shall be prepared with respect to qualification and personal documents.

The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that the Defendant was guilty of the fraud of F andO among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable. In so doing, it did not err by misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal shall be dismissed. Since there is an obvious error in the case name indication of the judgment below, it shall be corrected pursuant to Article 25 of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices
