Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle owner shall operate any motor vehicle on the road on which mandatory insurance is not subscribed.

Although the Defendant is a de facto holder of B TranXG car, the Defendant:

1. On October 9, 2015, the above tran vehicle is operated with no mandatory insurance policy on the road south-dong, Chungcheongnam-nam, west-nam, west-dong, west-nam, except for the tran vehicle that is operated before the intersection;

2. On March 16, 2016, a motor vehicle of this kind, which is operated by the foregoing tran that is not covered by mandatory insurance on a cartoon intersection road in the Doncheon-dong, Chungcheongnam-do, Doncheon-do, Down-do, Down-do, Down-si

3. On March 24, 2016, around 02:39, Cheongju-dong, Cheongju-dong, Cheongju-dong, Cheongju-dong, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the 3R road.
