A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, due to the delinquency in the payment of administrative fines, was kept in custody the number plate of the B Trate car, stolen the number plate from a passenger car owned by another person, and sentenced him to attach it to and operate the said car.

1. At around 18:30 on April 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid down the Franc Island owned by the victim E (year 55) who was parked in the front of the “D” office located in C, “D” office, and removed it from it.

2. On April 16, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, at an underground parking lot located in the area of the Sejong-dong-dong, the Defendant’s unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air defense, unlawful use of air defense, use of the number plate attached to the air strawer owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising a stolen F number plate as stated in paragraph (1). From that time to May 17, 2016, the Defendant operated the said strawer car with the F number plate attached thereto and exercised it.

3. No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall be operated on a road;

On April 16, 2016, the Defendant operated the instant tran vehicle which was not covered by the mandatory insurance from G and 102 at the time of the official zone around April 16, 2016. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant operated the said tran vehicle, which was not covered by the mandatory insurance on the front road of the public model high school located in G and 102 at the time of the official zone.
