A fine of KRW 500,00 shall be imposed on the crimes set forth in Articles 5 through 10 of the holding.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On September 25, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the period of imprisonment for 6 months due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Dangerous Driving Death and Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) by the Gwangju District Court.
No person shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.
Nevertheless, the Defendant:
1. On December 12, 2010, at around 20:28: 20:28, the driver shall operate a B-man vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance on the roads front of the village in the same village in the labor village in the previous North Korea;
2. On March 25, 201, at around 19:02, 19:02, a Chodo motor vehicle is operated without mandatory insurance from the front of the original color flue village in the Jeonju-si to the front of the Han Han-ri Han-ri, 19:07 on the same day;
3. On April 22, 2011, at around 00:35, the free-to-land as described in paragraph 2 is operated on the roads in front of the Incheon-ri Village of Jeju-do;
4. On May 5, 2013, at no later than 07:18, operate Drocketing motor vehicles not covered by mandatory insurance on the road front of the Agricultural Products Distribution Center in the New Year’s Republic of Korea;
5. On October 19, 2013, at no later than 13:17, operate a rocketing motor vehicle listed in paragraph 4 on the road of the Agricultural Products Distribution Center in front of the New Year’s Agricultural Products Distribution Center;
6. Operation of a rocketing motor vehicle listed in paragraph (4) from the date preceding the Yancheon-ro, Yacheon-ro, Yacheon-ro, Yacheon-si, 03:00 on June 28, 201 to the road preceding the Yacheon-ro, Yacheon-ro, Yacheon-ro, the same day;
7. On October 7, 2014, around 15:16, the operation of a rocketing motor vehicle listed in paragraph 4 on the road front of the Agricultural Products Distribution Center, in order to ensure that no more than 15:16 is permitted;
8. On October 11, 2014, at around 17:21, 201, the rocketing motor vehicle as described in paragraph (4) is operated on the road of the Namwon-ro Public Health Center in front of the Namwon-ro;
9. On October 15, 2014, around 10:51, 201, the operator operates a rocketing motor vehicle listed in paragraph (4) on the road of the Agricultural Products Distribution Center in front of the Agricultural Products Distribution Center, in order to operate the motor vehicle, and on October 19, 2010, around 11:22, 2014, in front of the Namwon-ro Public Health Center.
