1. As to the Plaintiff A and B’s KRW 5,00,000, and KRW 20,000 and each of the said money to Plaintiff C, Defendant D’s each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Plaintiff C is a student who was enrolled in the first year in G High School in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 2015, and Plaintiff B and A are the parents of Plaintiff C.
Defendant D was a teacher of Plaintiff C in around 2015, and Defendant E was a wife of Defendant D.
B. (1) Defendant D, at around 17:50 on June 17, 2015, at the front corridor of the first and tenth grade of G High School, Defendant D committed an indecent act by putting the Plaintiff C’s shoulder, which was in his corridor at the time of his own cleaning, into Defendant D’s double arms.
