A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim B (n, 21 years old), victim C (n, 21 years old), and victim D (ma, 24 years old) are “F” clubs located in Daegu-gu E at the first time of the instant event.

1. Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2.
