A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was a person who was a victim E (son, 15 years old).

1. On June 17:50, the Defendant committed an indecent act on June 1, 2015, at G high school 1:10, G high school located in Suwon-gu F, Suwon-si, and at the end of the end of June 2015, the Defendant: (a) laid the shoulder of the victim, who was in the corridor, at the time of the sudden cleaning with the Defendant’s two arms.
