1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion is as follows.

Since 2009, National Intelligence Service, a defendant agency, operated a cyber external team composed of civilians to collect personal information illegally, traces an individual's financial account, and has damaged the individual's image and reputation by using a private party's writing unit under unfair water law, and the plaintiff was also subject to it.

Due to these illegal acts of the defendant, the plaintiff was dismissed from the workplace due to the damage to the image shooting and honor to the extent that it could not be recovered, and there was no employment in any workplace thereafter.

In addition, the defendant did not pay the report compensation to the plaintiff.

The defendant is liable to compensate for mental damage suffered by the plaintiff due to such defamation.

2. However, the evidence alone presented by the Plaintiff revealed that National Intelligence Service collected the Plaintiff’s personal information or tracked the financial account.

It is difficult to recognize that the plaintiff has damaged the plaintiff's reputation by making comments on the plaintiff, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

The plaintiff's assertion on the non-payment of the public interest reporter's compensation is not specific.

3. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
