Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter cargo vehicles.

At around 19:00 on October 10, 2012, the Defendant driven the front road of the Geumgang-do Village located in the fishery Dogin-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Ulsan-do, at a speed of about 60km from the middle side of Ulsan-do to the south side of the city at a speed of about 60km.
