A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 28, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dgggal-ro) was under the influence of alcohol while driving a Dgal-ro 2 wheel-line cargo vehicle in front of the Pgal-ro 249% under the influence of alcohol at a local government-invested public corporation located in Ulsan-do, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on April 28, 2013, and driving a motor vehicle beyond the central line without properly operating the steering gear due to influence of alcohol due to negligence while driving the motor vehicle beyond the central line at a speed due to the influence of alcohol at a stalgro 249% in the middle of the said cargo vehicle.

결국 피고인은 음주의 영향으로 정상적인 운전이 곤란한 상태에서 위 승용차를 운전하여 피해자 E에게 약 10주간의 치료가 필요한 무릎뼈의 개방성 골절 등의 상해를, 동승한 피해자 F(18세)에게 약 16주간의 치료가 필요한 상세불명의 상완골 하단 부분의 골절 등의 상해를, 동승한 피해자 G(15세)에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 상세불명의 뇌진탕 등의 상해를, 동승한 피해자 H(15세)에게 약 6주간의 치료가 필요한 두개내 열린 상처가 없는 경막상 출혈 등의 상해를, 동승한 피해자 I(15세)에게 약 3주간의 치료가 필요한 비골골절 등의 상해를, 동승한 피해자 J(15세)에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 두개내 열린 상처가 없는 상세불명의 뇌진탕 등의 상해를 각 입게 하였다.

2. On April 28, 2013, at around 02:15, the Defendant driven a Dgal-ro 2-line cargo vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of approximately 300 meters from a 300-meter section to a local government-invested public corporation located in the same Eup/Myeon from a parking lot adjacent to a restaurant located in the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to a local government-invested public corporation located in the same Eup/Myeon.
