Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On April 10, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for six months at the Ulsan District Court for fraud, and the judgment on April 18, 2015 became final and conclusive.
However, on November 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Ulsan District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 21, 2015, and the sentence of suspended execution became void.
The Defendant was paroled on June 30, 2016 during the execution of each sentence, and the parole period passed on July 23, 2016.
