A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall pay 190,000 won to the applicant for compensation by fraud.

3.2

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant sent a text message to the effect that people wishing to purchase used goods on the Internet NAV car page want to purchase goods, and that it does not possess sold goods, but rather, the Defendant thought that the Defendant sent a text message to the effect that “on the first hand, you will send the price of the goods to the Defendant,” in coloring the object of the crime, and caused the other party to remit the price of the goods to the Defendant and acquire it.

On July 7, 2013, 2013, the Defendant, “2014 Highest 705,” made a false statement to the victim’s phone purchase using a computer to search a bulletin board for the victim’s cell phone by searching the message board, and to the victim’s phone that “on the first hand transfer the price of the goods to the designated account, the Defendant would transmit the price to the designated account.”

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 30,00 from the victim to the account in the name of the Defendant on the same day as the price for the goods, etc. from around that time to September 3, 2013, by deceiving the victims by the same method over 21 times, as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1), and acquired the total amount of KRW 3,818,00 from the victims.

The Defendant received a total of 2.690,000 won from July 10, 2013 to October 10, 2014, a total of 13 times from July 10, 2013, as shown in attached Table (2), and acquired the money.

The Defendant, from August 7, 2013 to December 18 of the same year, received a total of KRW 4,714,000, in total, 17 times from August 7, 2013, as shown in the annexed Crime List (3) from August 7, 2013, and acquired it by defrauded.
