Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant, at around 02:50 on July 31, 2015, carried out 200,000 won in a market price of KRW 20,00,00 in a new card, including the 13,000 won in cash owned by the head of the group, and 13,00 won in a new card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

B. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime at around 03:20 on August 10, 2015, at the parking lot of “Earging” located at 262 o-ro 20, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, at around August 10, 2015: (a) in the same manner as Paragraph A, the Defendant carried out 150,000 won at the market price, including two copies of the national bank card, the victim owned by the victim E, and two copies of one bank card.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit and fraud;

A. On July 31, 2015, the Defendant purchased tobacco, city, etc. at an I convenience store operated by the victim H in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, on July 31, 2015, at around 03:13, the Defendant signed a sales pre-sale slip and used a stolen credit card with the Defendant’s signature on the sales pre-sale slip as if he had a legitimate right to use the stolen card, such as paragraph 1(a).

B. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant purchased tobacco 2 A at a convenience store operated by the victim K on August 15, 2015, around 03:39, which was operated by the Daejeon Seo-gu Daejeon District Court, and proposed to the employees as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the credit card which was stolen as referred to in paragraph 1(b) and signed on the sales pre-sale slip, and used the stolen credit card, upon receiving the payment from the damaged party KRW 2A of tobacco amounting to KRW 9,00,000 at the market price.
