1. A. On April 24, 2016, around 07:07, the Defendant, at F convenience points in the operation of the Victim H on the Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu G and the first floor 103, presented as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the stolen E’s new physical card, such as the statement in paragraph 1, when purchasing one of the instant 1 and the instant 1st century from his/her employee at the F convenience point of the operation of the Victim H, and received from the said I, as if he/she had a legitimate right to use the stolen cream card, as described in paragraph 1. Accordingly, the Defendant, by deceiving M as above, received the property owned by the victim from M, and used a stolen body card.
