1. A thief: (a) around 17:40 on January 8, 2016, the Defendant: (b) placed a new card under the name of the victim E, which was kept in custody in the course of the receipt of the thale after a year, on the part of the victim C, which was parked in a parking lot located in the front of the Myanmar village located in Han-gun, Han-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (c) around 27-9, Han-do; and (d) was stolen by having one copy of the card.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant at G convenience stores located in the Gyeongbukbuk-do F on January 8, 2016, the amounting to KRW 4,100 from H, an employee of the Defendant,

E. A purchased a stolen card as seen above, and presented it as if there was a legitimate right to use the stolen card, and had the said employee prepare the sales pre-sale slip, and signed and affixed a signature on the sales pre-sale slip.

As a result, the defendant deceiving the above employee, and thereby d's name influence of the victim (a convenience store) from the above employee.

The provision of double information 1 A and the stolen credit card was used.

B. Around 20:54 on the same day, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to 23,800 won in total at the market price of tobacco 4 A and 4 C, etc. at the above G convenience store on the same day, and presented the stolen credit card as if there was a legitimate right to use, and had the said employee prepare the sales slips, and signed the sales slips with his/her signature thereon.

Accordingly, the defendant deceiving the above employee and acquired the goods equivalent to 23,800 won of the market price of the victim's name in the name of the victim from the above employee, and used the stolen credit card.

At around 21:06, the Defendant purchased a total of 38,700 won, such as the victim K, from the victim K, at the J restaurant located in Gyeongbuk-do I on the same day, and presented the stolen credit card as if he had been entitled to legitimate use, and had the victim prepare the sales slips, and signed and affixed a signature on the sales slips.
