A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On March 16, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court. On September 15, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3.5 million for a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on September 15, 2009, and the summary order of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Ulsan District Court on September 9, 2013.
