Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:30 on February 10, 2013, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the part of the victim D(23 years of age) in front of the Busan Jin-gu B, Busan, for which six weeks of medical treatment, such as the closure of the victim's coaches and the bones in drinking, etc., when the Defendant met with the shoulder of the victim D(23 years of age).
