Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 2007, the defendant was issued a summary order of one million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's branch court's Busan District Court's order on April 20, 2007, and on October 17, 2007, the same court issued a summary order of eight million won by a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On September 21, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.097% from blood alcohol level on September 21, 2013, and was driving BM5 cars from around 100 meters to the front day of Samsan-dong, Busan, Suwon-dong, Busan, in the direction of alcohol leveling to 0.097%.
