The defendant is a driver of the B-A-Wurd-Wurl Motor Vehicle.

On June 7, 2014, at around 03:05, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a section of about 30 meters from the front of the waterside park located in the privately-run city of Busan to the front of the waterside park in its vicinity, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.093% of blood alcohol level.
