Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on August 17, 2009, and on April 1, 2010, the same court issued a summary order of KRW 2 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On October 2, 2013, at around 21:52, the Defendant driven BSS5 car at a distance of about 300 meters from the center located in the CY-dong of Busan, to the center located in the CY-dong of Suwon-gu, Busan, for about 00 meters in front of the CMM-dong.
