Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2014, at around 02:00, the Defendant rejected the request of police officers E to request the driver to operate the taxi in front of the main point of “D” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and made a public insult of the victim by openly insulting the victim by saying, for the administrative disposition against the refusal to take passengers in the future, the Defendant’s vehicle number of the taxi driven by the said victim was loaded in the pocket book by the citizens who were carrying the vehicle number of the taxi driving by the said victim on the pocket book in order to take an administrative disposition against the refusal to take passengers in the future.
