A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2012, around 20:15, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to read “E” restaurant operated by the victim D (hereinafter “E”) in Ischeon-si; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to look back by her knife and her knife three times to commit an indecent act by force; (c) her knife the victim’s knife and her knife the victim’s knife; and (d) expressed the victim’s knife and her knife the victim’s knife on the part of the victim’s knife and her knife on the part of the victim’s knife.

3. 업무방해 피고인은 2012. 12. 11. 20:40경 경기도 이천시 C에 있는 피해자 D(여, 58세)이 운영하는 E 식당에서 술을 달라고 하였으나 피해자가 피고인에게 “술에 취했으니 그냥 돌아가라”고 하였다는 이유로 피해자에게 “혓바닥을 함부로 놀리지 마라. 너 나한테 죽는다. 이 개 같은 년아, 미친 년아”라고 욕설을 하며 소주병을 집어 들고 휘두르는 등 약 20분간 소란을 피워 위 식당에 있던 손님들을 나가도록 하고 다른 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 하여 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.
