All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
1. We examine Defendant A’s grounds of appeal.
The judgment below
Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, the lower court’s determination that Defendant A was guilty on the grounds stated in its reasoning is justifiable, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the trial of evidence.
Other grounds for appeal by Defendant A do not constitute legitimate grounds for appeal under each subparagraph of Article 383 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
2. According to the records on Defendant B’s appeal, the Defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.
3. All appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
