All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Although examining the grounds of appeal by Defendant A based on evidence, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, as otherwise alleged in the grounds of appeal, and did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the principle of logic and experience or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the principle of trial of evidence.

2. As to the appeal by Defendant C Co., Ltd, the Defendant did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not contain any information in the grounds of appeal.

3. On the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty on the ground that there was no proof of crime as to the violation of each customs law regarding the Nos. 1 through 15 of the annexed crime list among the charged facts in the instant case

Even if examining the reasoning in light of the record, the lower court did not err by misapprehending facts or by misapprehending the relevant legal doctrine, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

4. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
