All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. According to the record as to Defendant A’s appeal, Defendant A did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period (the appellate brief submitted by Defendant A was received at this court on January 20, 2014, which was after the statutory period expired), and the petition of appeal did not state the reasons therefor.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on Defendant B’s grounds of appeal in light of the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court was justifiable to have determined that all of the charges of this case against Defendant B were guilty on the grounds indicated in its reasoning. In so doing, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation

3. All appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
