1. Intrusion upon residence, theft;
A. B. On August 5, 2012, from around 00:50 to around 02:50, the Defendant acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above amount because the Defendant did not pay the said amount despite having no intent or ability to pay the alcohol value, to the victimJ, who was working at the first place at the Chang-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, as if he were to pay the alcohol value, and that he was to pay the alcohol value. In addition, the Defendant did not pay the said amount to the victim, even though he was provided with alcohol and alcohol equivalent to the sum of KRW 150,00,00 for beer and beer, etc.
