Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 25, 1972, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of 8 months with prison labor for larceny, 6 months with prison labor for a short term, 3 years with prison labor for habitual special larceny at the Changwon District Court on April 26, 1974, 2 years with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Changwon District Court on September 9, 197, 3 years with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Changwon District Court on December 28, 197, 2 years with prison labor for 2 years and 10 years with prison labor for special larceny at the Changwon District Court on July 27, 1982, 2 years with prison labor for 10 years with the Daejeon District Court on September 29, 195, and on February 11, 2004, from Changwon District Court on February 11, 2004 to imprisonment with prison labor for an attempted larceny structure, and on June 1, 2018.
1. On March 30, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed by: (a) the Defendant: (b) was aware of the fact that the victim was out of and was absent from the residence of the victim C1st floor C in the Chang Sea-gu, Changwon-gu; (c) went to the second floor of the building through the open door; (d) opened a closed door, which is the victim’s residence, and opened a kitchen, which was not corrected to be open from the rear side of the kitchen to the inside; and (e) was stolen by the method that the amount of KRW 1,000,000 at the market price of Samsung Noh North Korea and the second floor listed on the front side of the kitchen, which was located on the stairs, was 75,000 glutinous rice at the market price of KRW 75,000, 100.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victim's property.
2.
