Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 15:50 on August 21, 2019, the Defendant paid KRW 600,000 in cash to J on the street in front of the Ibring place located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, and purchased approximately 5g of Mebampon, a psychotropic drug, (hereinafter “Handphone”).

2. On August 2019, the Defendant received a disposable injection machine from M with approximately 0.5g of philopon at the residence of the Defendant of the Michuhol-gu Incheon K Building L, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and received the philopon without compensation.

3. On August 31, 2019, the Defendant paid 700,000 won in cash to N at the Defendant’s above residence and purchased approximately 5 g of phiphones.

4. On September 4, 2019, at around 19:00, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of phiphones purchased at the Defendant’s above residence as described in paragraph (3) into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and dilution them with a dial finger.

5. At around 05:00 on September 16, 2019, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.07g of phiphones purchased at the Defendant’s residence, as described in paragraph (3), into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water, and dilution them with a dial finger.
