Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power” On August 24, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on September 4, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.

1. Medication of phiphones;

A. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately 0.07gg of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected crophones into the Defendant’s right part of psychotropic drugs; and (c) injected crophones in a single-use injection instrument; and (d) injected crophones into the Defendant’s right part of blood.

B. On May 13, 2019, at around 01:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Officetel D, dilution with water, and then injected the Defendant’s right arms into the Defendant’s bloodline.

2. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On February 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones in the way of cutting about KRW 3 million in cash from G and receiving approximately 10g philophones from G in the way of cutting off, five F Stations located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.

B. On March 4, 2019, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by taking 1.1 million won in cash from I at the entrance of the Guri-si H and raising approximately 5g of philophones to I.

C. On March 20, 2019, at around 18:49, the Defendant transferred KRW 1.7 million from I to the account in the name of J, and received additional KRW 300,000,000 from March 21, 2019. On March 21, 2019, the Defendant traded phiphones in the way of sending approximately 5 g of philopon to I via Kwikset service articles at Namyang-si on March 23, 2019.

On April 22, 2019, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased and sold 1.3 million won in cash to L in the above Ctel D, and 5g philopon from L.

3. On May 13, 2019, the Defendant possessed approximately 8.65g of hemp and approximately 3.5g of penphones, respectively, in the said Ctel D around May 13, 2019.

The defendants of "2019 Highest 5496" are narcotics.
